A somatic approach that considers not just your mindset, but your nervous system, too.

"Lauren came into my life when I was really struggling to find balance and peace within myself. I was working a day job that was very unfulfilling and high stress, while trying to grow and build my art business. I felt completely lost and stuck in a rut. I was spiraling into anxiety and worry daily, unsure of exactly how to continue my healing journey and cultivate a life that felt aligned.
Before working with Lauren, I never thought I could afford coaching or was worthy of the price. She helped bring different perspectives to my issues. Lauren provided so many helpful tools for things like managing my anxiety through grounding, journaling prompts, and guided meditations.
Moving into the next part of my story, I feel more capable and grounded. I’m more confident in myself and what I’m working towards in life. I’m asking for what I need, instead of just making everyone else happy."

"I felt like I was doing the work that I usually do - journaling, time for reflection, mindfulness, self-care, etc., but that I was getting into a routine where it wasn't feeling as thoughtful anymore.
Since we've worked together, I've been able to really reflect on why I engage in certain activities/experiences, like journaling, working out, etc.
For the first time I asked myself if I was really exercising these practices for the "right" reasons, not just out of habit/routine, and if I were to let go of some of the rigidity there, what would I make that mean about myself? How would I feel?
I feel like the biggest positive change has been how much more present and thoughtful I have been in the things I do, especially during a time when I was navigating a lot of health issues - and also how I feel about myself before/during/after.
I feel like I've unlocked another level of awareness, mindfulness, and intention.

"Conflicted & a bit "wandering" - a lot of change was going on in my life!
The biggest hesitation I have when doing something for myself is the self-sabotage of "But I can do this on my own." Before my coaching with Lauren, I was making it work but not thriving.
I've been able to set better boundaries both personally and professionally. Show up for myself more powerfully & honor my body & my thoughts (with less judgement).
All of this transformation has allowed me to make strong & impactful movement forward & enjoy the present more fully.
The biggest positive change I've noticed is being able to better identify my wants/needs & then express them.
There are a lot of "would, should, must" dialogues in the mind, but coaching with Lauren helped me sift through those expectations and identify what I need, which as a result, has made it easier to go after those things!
